- Analyze Endeavor's current portfolio of partnership offerings and recommend how to structure, position, and present them
- Research how peer organizations package sponsor ships and partnerships
- Draft tailored partnership proposals, decks, and documents for real prospects
- Match prospects' priorities with Endeavor offerings and pricing tiers
- Collaborate with the Global Partnerships team, 45+ local Endeavor offices, and cross-functional teams
- Collect qualitative insights from global teams and local offices
- Validate what partners value most and incorporate feedback into strategy and proposal materials
- Explore in-kind partnerships providing tools, services, and perks to entrepreneurs
- Identify gaps and opportunities in in-kind partnerships and recommend improvements
- Undergraduate Junior or Senior, or Graduate student
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, global development, or partnerships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize research and develop insights
- Ability to build clean, professional presentations using Google Slides or Power Point
- AI exposure and curiosity, with ability to assess and adopt new technologies, automate tasks, and improve team efficiency through modern tools is a plus
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning across cultures
- Familiarity with Excel or Salesforce is a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization for 2027
