ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Global Partnerships Team is focused on building relationships and mission-aligned partnerships with top corporations, foundations, institutions and tech companies that can provide value to the global community of entrepreneurs that Endeavor supports.

The Global Partnerships Intern will lead an independent, research-driven project focused on identifying, analyzing, and mapping potential strategic partners for Endeavor Global. This work supports Endeavor’s broader strategy of ecosystem development and long-term partnership growth.

In this role, you'll work directly with the Global Partnerships team, collaborate with 45+ local Endeavor offices and cross-functional teams (Capital, Events, Marketing, Insights), and translate Endeavor's global impact into compelling actions and deliverables. By the end of the internship, you'll have shaped a sharper partnership offerings strategy and delivered a set of live proposals and reusable proposal materials the team will keep using long after the summer ends.

This internship is ideal for someone excited by business development, strategy, and storytelling, who wants real responsibility inside a global, mission-driven organization at the intersection of entrepreneurship and emerging markets.

Improve Endeavor's Global Partnership Offerings Strategy

  • Responsibility #2:
Build Customized Proposals for Partnership Opportunities

Draft tailored partnership proposals (decks and documents) for real prospects in the team's pipeline, working with the Global Partnerships team to match each prospect's priorities with the right mix of Endeavor offerings and pricing tiers.

  • Responsibility #3:
Analyze Strategy and Behaviour Across Endeavor's Global Network

Engage with Endeavor Global teams and local offices to collect qualitative insights, validate what partners value most, and incorporate feedback into the offerings strategy and proposal materials.

  • Responsibility #4:
Expand In-Kind, Value-Added Partnerships for Entrepreneurs

Explore how Endeavor's in-kind partnerships (tools, services, and perks provided by partners) deliver value to entrepreneurs, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend how to strengthen the offering and make sure it reaches entrepreneurs across the network.
