Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Responsible for stock inventory and processing purchase orders for stock replenishment in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitors inventory for general supplies, paper and archives boxes.
Processes purchase orders for stock material following through from receiving to invoice processing, saving all documentation in Net Docs.
Verifies receipt of ordered supply items and their placement in appropriate locations, maintaining a neat and orderly stock room.
Fills daily requests for supplies via E-REQ, email, telephone and service window walk - ups. Able to lift 50lbs. and move items from one place to another.
Receives, reviews and processes requests for name plates, business cards and memo pads through proof, review and purchase order processing.
Maintains logs for borrowed items (i.e. dictation units, litigation bags) and assures their return toinventory onatimelybasis..
Prepares statistical reports as needed .
Receives and logs return of recycled toner cartridges.
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm's information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
QUALIFICATIONSComputer literate, some prior stock room experience required. Able to interact with fast paced service requests. Excellent customer service skills.

COMPENSATIONThe base salary range offered for this role will be $60,000.00. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
