DESCRIPTION:
  • In conjunction with the Director of Scattered Site Operations, oversee all functions of the Scatter-site field coordination team.
  • Supervise Field Coordinators and conduct weekly supervision.
  • Responsible for turnover management of apartments (junk removal, repairs, furniture delivery, ordering furniture).
  • Assist with coordinating client move-ins and move-outs.
  • Assist with scheduling vendors and facilitating entry into apartments.
  • Works with property management and residential services for landlord issues.
  • Tracks apartment inspection forms and ensures repairs and work orders are completed utilizing emails, Real Page, and charting systems. Creates reports based on findings.
  • Available for emergencies.
  • Accompanies staff as needed on home visits.
  • Attends meetings with other departments to go over procedures and discuss pending and upcoming turnover and work order requests. Facilitates weekly meetings with Maintenance.
  • Light repair work might be required to assist in apartment readiness.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Scattered Site Operations, Maintain Key System ensuring accuracy and updates.
  • Oversee the agency vehicle maintenance in collaboration with the Facilities Service Coordinator
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA
  • Experience in scatter-site housing
  • Prior supervisory experience, Preferred
  • Detail Oriented
  • Must be stress resistant, flexible, a team player who is open to feedback
  • Experience working with people experiencing mental illness, crisis intervention, and managing trauma-triggered behavior.
  • Willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/CPI/Naloxone
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
