Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Role SummaryWe seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Merchandiser to own item setup, content readiness, and launch execution across retail eCommerce platforms. This role will shepherd items through the entire lifecycle, from setup templates to launch QA, working in tandem with Planning, Production, Design, and Marketing to keep the seasonal calendar on track.
Key Responsibilities- Build, QA, and submit item setup sheets and portal entries and other retailer ecosystems.
- Manage WIN/Item/GTIN/Base , attribute mapping, start dates, and content quality alignment with planning and costing teams.
- Drive execution of verification, , portal edits, and final checks ahead of launch.
- Own internal Dotcom item masters and reporting masters (Power BI, Simparel ERP, CAD/image mapping).
- Lead sample request planning, shipping, and tracking; ensure full assortments reach the studio in time to support imagery production.
- Execute imagery audits, size-guide uploads, bundle/store-only item scrubs, and pre-launch QA for PDP readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align dependencies, schedule gaps, and escalation paths.
- Ensure post-launch data hygiene and support reporting for leadership dashboards and retail performance tracking.
- Hands‑on experience with ecommerce platform setup (bulk templates and portal)
- Familiarity with Simparel (or equivalent ERP) and digital item master workflows
- Strong Excel skills and reporting fluency (Power BI or similar)
- Ability to manage sample logistics, studio dependencies, and pre-launch QA
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communicator and cross-team collaborator
- Experience with BeProduct/CAD, size‑guide publishing, and DAM systems
- Exposure to Scintilla or equivalent QA/tracker tools
- Knowledge of bundle merchandising, RPAC, and costing integrations
- Understanding of retailer imagery standards and PDP optimization
- Experience working in Walmart and Amazon supplier platforms (i.e., Supplier One)
- Percentage of items launched on time and error‑free
- Accuracy rate of submissions and portal entries
- Sample and imagery delivery meeting calendar timelines
- CQ (Content Quality) scores meeting or exceeding targets
- Launch SLAs met across multiple retail channels
