POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Registration:
    Check guests in, give out name tags and ribbons
  • Usher/ Greeter:
    Help greet our guests and show them the way if needed
  • Runner:
    An extra set of hands to help if any issues come about
  • Preparing Materials:
    Printing, Assist in stuffing gift bags, nametags, and other materials
  • Campus Tours:
    Assist and lead tour groups
  • Recording videos and pictures for social media use; other content creation as needed
  • Communications: phone calls, emails or other outreach to confirm registrations, remind attendees and speakers, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Transportation shuttles:
    Lead alums on to the shuttles and ensure they get to the destination
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be able to work at least 5 hours

Salary Verbiage

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed below. Albert Einstein College of Medicine considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

Minimum Salary Range

USD $20.00/Hr.

Maximum Salary Range

USD $20.00/Hr.

ABOUT US

Reunion and Alumni Day, which will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, are our biggest alumni events of the year and we’re looking for students to help out! The day will begin with Alumni Day on campus from 9am to 3pm. Reunion takes place that evening in Manhattan from 6pm to 10pm (transportation is provided). We are looking for student workers to assist us throughout this eventful day and come into the office a few days prior to assist with event preparation.
