The RoleWe’re hiring a Product Manager to own meaningful areas of Dili’s product from discovery through launch and iteration.
You’ll work directly with customers, engineers, designers, compliance experts, go‑to‑market teams, and the founders. Your job will be to understand difficult operational and regulatory problems, determine which ones are worth solving, and turn them into products customers can rely on.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑moving, customer‑driven environment. You’ll talk to users, analyze workflows and data, write clear product requirements, make tradeoffs with engineering, test what the team builds, and measure whether it worked.
You should be comfortable moving between product strategy and detailed execution. You’ll be expected to develop a point of view on where Dili can create the most customer and business value, while also taking responsibility for getting the final product across the finish line.
What You’ll DoOwn the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for one or more areas of the product, such as onboarding, compliance workflows, audit readiness, or reporting.
