- Own projects across the company: finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and whatever is highest priority that month
- Build internal processes where none exist, then automate them. We build agents & tools for our own ops on the same platform we sell
- Find growing pains & problems before they occur. Proactively work behind the scenes to fix them.
- Support board meeting prep and company reporting for Max, Head of Operations
- 2+ years of work experience, with at least some of it in an operating role at a high-growth startup
- You use AI for everything
- Organized and precise
- Comfortable with ambiguity, thinks from first principles
