Sr Operational Resiliency Lead

Position Overview

The Senior Operational Resiliency Lead is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor accountable for advancing Money Gram's global business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resiliency capabilities. This role will lead the day‑to‑day execution and continued maturation of the enterprise BC/DR program, serve as the primary functional administrator for the newly implemented Fusion Risk Management platform, and partner directly with business and technology teams to improve preparedness and recoverability across critical services.

The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership with practical execution. They can translate business priorities and technology dependencies into actionable recovery strategies, facilitate challenging cross‑functional decisions, maintain high‑quality program data, and drive work to completion without relying on formal authority.

This is not a people‑manager role. It is designed for a senior practitioner who can independently lead an enterprise program, influence executives and subject‑matter experts, and remain close to the details required for effective execution.

• Own the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of Money Gram's global business continuity and disaster recovery program, including annual planning, governance routines, standards, methodologies, and program deliverables.
• Maintain an integrated program roadmap that prioritizes the resiliency of critical business services, supporting processes, applications, infrastructure, third parties, facilities, and workforce dependencies.
• Lead cross‑functional working sessions, challenge incomplete assumptions, resolve gaps, and drive accountable owners toward agreed milestones.
• Translate risk, regulatory expectations, and operational lessons into practical program improvements that strengthen resilience without creating unnecessary process burden.

• Serve as the primary functional administrator and internal subject‑matter expert for the Fusion Risk Management SaaS solution, supporting users and maintaining the platform's day‑to‑day effectiveness.
• Manage user access, role assignments, workflows, notifications, templates, questionnaires, data structures, dashboards, reports, and routine configuration changes in partnership with appropriate platform and technology support teams.
• Maintain data quality and relationships across business services, processes, applications, recovery plans, dependencies, owners, vendors, locations, recovery objectives, exercises, and issues.
• Partner and support the integration into adjacent technology platforms such as Service Now CMDB/CSDM
• Provide user guidance, training, troubleshooting, and adoption support; develop clear procedures and job aids that help plan owners use the platform effectively.
• Coordinate upgrades, release review, enhancement requests, defect resolution, and vendor support; identify opportunities to automate additional activities and improve consistency and coverage.

• Lead business impact analyses and continuity planning across critical business functions, ensuring recovery priorities, minimum service levels, upstream and downstream dependencies, workarounds, staffing requirements, communications, and recovery strategies are complete and supportable.
• Partner with business leaders to identify concentration risks, single points of failure, critical third‑party dependencies, and resilience gaps, then facilitate realistic remediation plans.
