Senior Product Manager, AI (Healthcare, NYC, on-site)

Lumira Search is partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI startup building agentic AI for healthcare operations, automating high-friction administrative workflows for provider organizations.

Strong early traction with health systems and outpatient groups, and scaling quickly.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the AI product roadmap end to end, from agent design and workflow automation through deployment with enterprise healthcare customers.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more core AI agent workflows. Work closely with engineering and applied AI/ML teams to ship agentic features that operate reliably in real world clinical and administrative environments.
• Partner directly with provider organizations to translate messy real world workflows into product requirements.
• Define and track the metrics that matter for AI product performance and iterate fast.

• 5+ years in product management, with meaningful time spent on AI/ML powered products, ideally in healthcare, though strong AI product backgrounds from adjacent regulated industries will be considered.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early stage startup, with the judgment to prioritize ruthlessly.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers a strong plus.
• This role is on site in New York City.
