Within our Financial Services practice, we partner with banking and insurance organizations to accelerate growth, improve operational performance, modernize business models, and prepare for the future of financial services. Our teams help clients address strategic, operational, technology, and organizational challenges through transformation initiatives that create measurable business value. We work across operating model transformation, growth strategy, digital modernization, data and AI enablement, customer transformation, and enterprise change to help clients compete in rapidly evolving markets.

Your Role As a Strategy & Transformation practitioner, you will help Banking and Insurance clients define and execute strategic initiatives that improve business performance, modernize operations, and accelerate transformation outcomes. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary consulting teams to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate strategy into actionable transformation programs.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the development and execution of Banking and Insurance transformation strategies and roadmaps.

Assess operating models, business processes, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and modernization.

Conduct diagnostic assessments across financial services value chains and business functions.

Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, transformation roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.

Translate business priorities into transformation initiatives leveraging AI, GenAI, digital modernization, data, analytics, and technology enablement.

Support operating model redesign, business transformation, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness efforts.

Collaborate with technology teams, ecosystem partners, and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.

Support proposal development, thought leadership, market research, and business development activities.

Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations that support client decision making.

Contribute to innovation initiatives focused on AI-enabled transformation, operational excellence, and future business models.

Your Skills + Experience You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
