Strategic Operations ManagerSalary:$115,000-$135,000
Location: 3 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan
- Direct partnership and exposure to executive leadership on high-priority business initiatives
- Opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy and organizational direction
- Lead transformational projects that drive measurable business impact
- High-autonomy role with significant visibility across the organization
- Shape governance frameworks, operating models, and long-term business capabilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple functions and business units
- Play a key role in improving organizational effectiveness and operational maturity
- Influence decision-making and strategic priorities without direct reporting authority
- Drive meaningful change in a growth-oriented, evolving organization
- Make a lasting impact by building scalable processes and sustainable business practices
- Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic business priorities
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve organizational performance and effectiveness
- Drive business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change efforts
- Establish governance frameworks and monitor strategic initiative execution
- Identify business risks, dependencies, and opportunities to support decision-making
- Coordinate enterprise-wide planning, prioritization, and organizational alignment
- 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business transformation, program management, consulting, or related leadership roles
- Proven success leading complex cross‑functional initiatives in dynamic environments
- Experience partnering with senior executives to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across organizations
- Experience driving organizational change, continuous improvement, and business transformation
- Strong strategic planning, governance, and business operations expertise
