About the Role:

Our client, a growing strategy and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant to work with organizations across a variety of industries, including technology and media, on high-impact business challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, lead complex analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and client-facing experience.

As a key member of project teams, you will help drive engagement delivery while mentoring junior team members and supporting the continued growth of the firm.

• Lead key portions of client engagements, managing work streams from initial analysis through final recommendations
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate market opportunities, business performance, growth strategies, operational improvements, and investment decisions
• Gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources, including research, interviews, surveys, financial data, and industry analysis
• Translate complex business issues into clear frameworks, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations
• Develop presentations, reports, and executive-level materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, building relationships and ensuring high-quality project delivery
• Support business development efforts through research, proposal development, and client relationship management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable results
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support for professional development
• Contribute to internal initiatives related to recruiting, training, culture, knowledge sharing, and operational improvement

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience structuring complex business issues
• Experience conducting market research, financial analysis, strategic planning, or business case development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Experience leading projects, work streams, or junior team members is preferred
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
