Our client is a healthcare company.## The role Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own strategic school partnerships while building the playbooks, metrics, and workflows of a customer success function.## What you'll do
* ** Manage school and district
** relationships and serve as a primary partner contact.
* Grow referrals by helping partners identify students who could benefit from services.
* ** Build success playbooks**, health metrics, and dashboards.
* ** Automate repetitive workflows
** with AI tools.
* ** Coordinate with operations**, product, growth, and clinical teams and help coach colleagues.## What we're looking for
* 4 to 5 or more years of professional customer-facing experience in sales, customer success, or business development.
* Experience managing a high-volume book of non-enterprise accounts and owning growth or upsell goals.
* Early-stage experience building processes with limited resources.
* A bachelor's degree and strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Ability to turn data into decisions and use AI to improve workflows.
* Interest in children's access to mental healthcare.## Bonus points
* Education technology, K-12, or school partnership experience.
* Experience spanning sales and customer success.## Location and work model
* Hybrid with three days per week in the SoHo office in New York City. Relocation candidates are considered.
