Drive the strategy for how Prime Video becomes the one place customers go to stream all of their favorite content — movies, TV, sports and news. It's a big, unsolved problem, and you'll help shape the answer.

You'll live in the data and the financials — sizing what's worth chasing, pressure‑testing offers, and turning that into sharp proposals that influence leadership and drive roadmaps. This is a role for a self‑starter who's comfortable with ambiguity: nobody hands you a playbook, you build it. You'll work across strategy, partnerships, product, engineering, marketing and legal to connect the dots and make the case for where we place our bets, then see your thinking show up in the product.

• Shape the strategy. Develop channel aggregation and offer strategy, bringing clarity and vision to ambiguous questions.
• Own the analysis. Dig into the customer behaviors, market opportunities and financials to size opportunities, model offer constructs, and figure out which bets are actually worth making — and which aren't.
• Write to influence. Author sharp, well‑reasoned proposals and narratives that influence leadership to get initiatives funded and prioritized.
• Drive the roadmap. Translate your findings into requirements for content acquisitions, product and engineering, and push for the alignment needed to bring them to life.
• Work across the org. Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, product, engineering, and legal to pressure‑test ideas and build consensus around where we place our bets.
• Benchmark the market. Track competitor and partner apps, pull in industry insight, and use it to inform forward‑looking initiatives.
• See it through. Follow initiatives from proposal to launch, keeping leaders informed on progress, trade‑offs, and results along the way.

Your customers are the tens of millions of customers deciding where to stream their favorite content — and the channel partners who want scaled, profitable distribution. On any given day, you're deep in the data sizing an opportunity, writing out the investment thesis, in the room stakeholders pressure‑testing an offer idea or driving requirements and implementation. You'll benchmark the industry one morning, model financials the next, and draft a proposal in between.

Expect ambiguity, high expectations and the satisfaction of watching a big bet turn into something customers actually use.

The Prime Video Channels Product and Growth Strategy team is on a mission to make Prime Video the one place customers go to stream everything they love. We're small, ambitious, and comfortable in ambiguity; we thrive on hard, unsolved problems and sharp thinking. As part of the team, you'll partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across partnerships, product, engineering, marketing, and legal to shape our channel aggregation and offer strategy to consistently improve the experience for customers and channel partners.

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
