Join our People & Culture team as an Employee Experience Intern and contribute to programs that help employees feel connected, supported, and valued. Working alongside the Employee Experience Team, you will gain hands‑on experience in event planning, employee engagement, employee resource groups (ERGs), and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

• Schedule: Internship schedules are typically arranged around academic availability and business needs. Students should be prepared to complete approximately 120 hours during the internship period, with final schedule details coordinated with the supervisor.
• Location: Internship is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY
• Program dates: Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027
• Compensation: $17.30 per hour

College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or surrounding areas (Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027). Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.

• Support planning and preparation for 2027 employee events.
• Research best practices and help develop practical applications for employee resource groups.
• Research DEIB-related observances and topics, then create clear and engaging monthly highlights.
• Assist with communications, project coordination, and other Employee Experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members, share ideas, and help keep projects organized and on schedule.

• A current college student pursuing human resources, business, communications, organizational development, social justice, or a related field.
• An organized, dependable contributor who can manage details and meet deadlines.
• A curious researcher and clear communicator who is comfortable creating written content.
• A collaborative learner who brings empathy, professionalism, and respect for different perspectives.
• Someone interested in employee engagement, workplace culture, and inclusive practices.

• Event plans, research, and communications are accurate, timely, and well organized.
• Monthly DEIB highlights are thoughtful, accessible, and ready for employee audiences.
• ERG research is translated into practical ideas the team can evaluate and use.
• You communicate proactively, ask questions, and apply feedback throughout the internship.
