Ketch is hiring a Head of Professional Services to build and lead our Professional Services practice. You will own the services business and its P&L and lead a team of experienced consultants, while also running a select set of enterprise accounts yourself. Professional Services is part of our CX (Customer Experience) team and part of our larger Go-to-Market organization.
As Head of Professional Services, you will work closely with colleagues across the Go-to-Market (sales, marketing, CX) and Engineering and Product teams.
You will start from a deep understanding of what our customers need and shape the services Ketch offers around it, so we show up to the world's largest brands with a combined product and services solution.
What You'll Do- Own the Professional Services P&L, including annual bookings, gross margin, capacity planning, and utilization.
- Partner with Sales on strategic enterprise deals, building a services scoping stage into the sales process and presenting to executive buyers.
- Build the selling and delivery assets for the practice, including proposals, executive presentations, pricing and scoping tools, implementation methodology, and runbooks.
- Design new service offerings, such as ongoing services, advisory, accelerators, and privacy legal services delivered through partner firms, and package them into tiered offerings with clear scope, statement of work (SOW) templates, and change-order discipline.
- Run a select set of strategic enterprise accounts yourself, leading implementations end to end from discovery and solution design to configuration and launch.
- Hire, coach, and develop the consulting team, including career paths, performance management, and skills development, and set delivery standards through your own client work.
- Measure impact through services bookings, gross margin, utilization, time to value, and customer satisfaction.
- You think like a business owner, with command of services economics, including pricing, margin, and revenue recognition.
- You lead from the front, as comfortable running a customer workshop on your own accounts as you are reviewing the P&L.
- You turn ambiguous enterprise requirements into clear, priced statements of work.
- You build executive-quality PowerPoint presentations that turn complex technical concepts into clear stories.
- You learn a technical product deeply enough to guide customers independently, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Support.
- You bring consulting craft, including structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, crisp executive communication, and disciplined engagement management.
