The CRM Coordinator supports global CRM and clienteling operations, with a primary focus on the Americas and support for multi-region initiatives. This hands-on role manages client segmentation, data quality, tool support, and performance reporting. The coordinator works across teams to help turn client data into effective outreach and improve store engagement.
Responsibilities- Build client segments and outreach lists for product launches, seasonal moments, reactivation, and VIP programs.
- Support CRM and clienteling tools, including troubleshooting store issues, managing vendor tickets, and communicating updates.
- Maintain client data accuracy and support data governance and consent practices.
- Produce recurring performance reports, track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor store adoption, participate in user acceptance testing, and maintain process documentation and user guides.
- Partner with Learning & Development to train store teams and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on campaigns and client insights.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, clienteling, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce;
Salesforce Marketing Cloud and clienteling application experience are a plus. - Knowledge of CRM and clienteling platforms, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and POS systems.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL or data platform familiarity is a plus.
- Strong data management, analytical, organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions, accommodate occasional global calls, and travel up to 20%.
