Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We are a Center which uses student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for each individual we serve.

• Provide personal, educational, and career counseling to students
• Build strong, supportive relationships that encourage student success
• Help students overcome barriers and stay on track in the program
• Develop and manage individualized career and development plans
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Coordinate services and support across departments
• Step in to support leadership when needed

• Bachelor's degree required (including 15 credits in social services-related coursework)
• At least 1 year of counseling or related experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage caseloads and stay organized
• Valid driver's license required
