Senior Advisor, Secondaries; Part-Time​/Advisory

Commitment: ~2/4 hours per week

Kruncher is the knowledge infrastructure for private markets, used by PE, VC and private credit investors across three continents. Our ingestion technology turns an unstructured secondaries data room into a reviewed, fully traceable pricing workbook in about an hour, at 99% accuracy validated by top-tier PE firms. Fund structure resolved before a figure is extracted, NAV as of today rather than the last reference date, and every number traceable to its source page.

We're expanding our secondaries offering across North America and building relationships with the mid-market and institutional buyers who price these deals.

We're looking for a respected figure in the New York private equity community to help us reach the right teams. This is a light-touch advisory engagement built around your network and judgement, not a delivery role. You'll help open doors, make warm introductions to secondaries buyers and LP/GP decision-makers, and give us a read on how our offering lands with the people who matter.

• Make warm introductions to secondaries teams, LPs, GPs and intermediaries in your network.
• Advise on how to position Kruncher's secondaries offering to institutional and mid-market buyers.
• Help us identify and prioritise the firms that would benefit most from the product.
• Provide occasional feedback on messaging and go-to-market as we expand.

• A senior, well-connected professional in the New York private equity market.
• Background in secondaries, fund investing, or LP/GP relationships strongly preferred.
• A network of decision-makers at PE firms, secondaries funds, or institutional investors, and the standing to make an introduction land.
• Comfortable representing an early-stage, founder-led company to a senior audience.
• Available on a flexible basis, whether currently active, recently retired, or advising.

A part-time advisory contract of roughly two hours a week, with compensation structured to reflect the value of the relationships and introductions you bring. Direct line to the founder and a front-row seat to a product already in use at top PE firms.
