You Will Run The Office Like a Business

• Lead and manage the team
• Control the daily schedule and patient flow
• Drive productivity and performance
• Hold staff accountable
• Manage payroll hours and office expenses
• Resolve patient issues
• Ensure smooth, efficient operations

• You have management or leadership experience
• You are comfortable holding people accountable
• You can operate in a fast-paced environment

Dental Experience Is Preferred, Not Required.

• Full-time, in-person
• Some Saturdays required
• Occasional travel between nearby offices

• Starting at $65,000+ (based on experience)
• Bonus based on performance
