The Dispatcher coordinates EMS responses, triages requests, and ensures timely deployment of units and resources across shifts, supporting interagency coordination and critical patient transport.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Emergency Medical Dispatch certification within 3 months, CPR certification, and preferred EMS or CAD
