The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, values integrity, and brings a thoughtful, education‑forward approach to childcare. Candidates should be safety‑conscious, physically capable of navigating stairs in a two‑story home while caring for a young child, and tech‑savvy enough to log daily updates for the parents.
A strong candidate will also be data‑minded and able to observe patterns, track progress, and offer feedback on how to further support the child’s growth.
