## Overview
A busy UES family is seeking a nanny for their two young children, 4 and 2 years old. They are open to meeting full-time or part-time candidates at this juncture! They value warmth, structure, and intuitive care.
The family relocates to Weston, CT, in the summer. Ideally, they'd love to work with candidates who can join them up there during the week and who can drive (in CT) and swim, but it's not a deal breaker if you can't.This is a long-term position. They are looking to get started at the end of February/early March, so apply today!###
The Ideal Candidate for this Job The ideal candidate is a nanny who understands the value of consistency and brings a calm, grounded energy to the household. This position is best suited for candidates who enjoy early childhood development and have a knack for helping children with emotional regulation. Bonus points if you have experience supporting neurodivergent or sensitive children
Spanish is a plus, as one child’s school teaches Spanish### Schedule They are open to meeting part-time or full-time candidates.
Full-Time is flexible but ideally would occur in the range of:
Monday: 7 AM to 6 PMTues, Wed, Thur, Fri: 11 AM to 6 PMIf Part-Time, they're looking for consistent care in the after-school hours.
The most important thing is consistency and reliability.### Responsibilities
• Provide a structured, nurturing daily rhythm with calm, confident guidance
• Read children’s cues and redirect early signs of dysregulation
• Support emotional and social development; collaborate with parents and therapists
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate, imaginative play
• Handle school drop-offs/pick-ups, therapy visits, and city outings
• Prepare healthy children’s meals; manage laundry, tidying, and toy organization
• Run light errands, maintain supply inventory, assist with household flow
• Preferred (but not required):
Live-in summers in Weston; must drive and swim confidently##### About the Job
