Overview

We value staff who can be their authentic selves, feel included, and collaborate with others in creativity and play.
The job in a nutshell is to help run all facets of a self-directed camp.
Working with a Director responsible for leading each camp, you will build relationships with parents and children, help them overcome fears, discover passions, and find their groove at Steve & Kate's. You will help train, lead, and inspire a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and may manage camp operations without a Director on site, including opening or closing the location. This role is a training ground and pipeline for directors.

If you answer yes to all of the questions below, definitely apply:

- Are you the type of person who can do more than a text when someone is in need?
- Can you multitask calmly and kindly?
- Do you have the stamina to keep up with energetic 4-12 year olds and can you lift up to 30 pounds (jokingly phrased as bench pressing a kindergartner)?
- Are you passionate about sharing knowledge and learning something new (even from a 3rd grader in the sewing studio)?
