We’re Hiring Dedicated Early Childhood ProfessionalsThe Learning Experience of Astoria is seeking passionate, dependable, and experienced Assistant Teachers to join our team across multiple classrooms and age groups.
We are not just looking for someone to “help in a classroom.”
We are looking for educators who understand that early childhood is a critical stage of development — and that stability, consistency, and nurturing care matter deeply.
Our children deserve teachers who show up fully — with patience, professionalism, and heart.
Experience Requirement (Mandatory)- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare center
- Experience supporting infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
- Strong understanding of classroom structure and daily routines
Only applicants with verifiable daycare experience will be considered.
