Position Summary

$21.00 - $23.00 / hour

The Youth Sports and Wellness Program Facilitator will work at Children's Aid-Goodhue Center, as part-time, providing sports and wellness activities to children in grades 5th-8th.

Essential Duties
  • Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Implement recreational activities for program which would include sports, fitness and other indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Working with individual children having difficulties adjusting to the program.
  • Attending trainings and staff meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • College Degree, attending college or relevant experience.
  • Past experience in working with children.
Key Competencies
  • Understanding of developmental needs of children ranging in age from 10-14.
  • Demonstration of planning and program skills.
  • Past experience in working with children.
