iReSolve Construction Group is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with a strong carpentry background to oversee a wide range of commercial, hospitality, and residential construction projects across New York City. In this full-time role, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final delivery—managing schedules, budgets, site operations, and communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- Oversee full project lifecycle—from kickoff to completion—across multiple job sites.
- Coordinate with the company president, subcontractors, clients, and office staff daily.
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Manage project schedules, deliveries, site installations, and subcontractor coordination.
- Track labor, materials, and job costs to maintain budget alignment.
- Conduct site visits and field measurements to ensure accurate planning and execution.
- Issue progress updates and reporting to internal teams and clients.
5–7+ years of experience in commercial, hospitality, and/or residential construction.
Proven experience managing carpentry-heavy builds and interior finish projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Job Tread or similar).
Detail-oriented with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Comfortable balancing field oversight with office-based responsibilities.
Competitive annual salary ($100,000–$140,000+).

ScheduleFull-Time:
Monday–Friday.
On-site presence required; field and office time will vary by project phase.
