Site Superintendent

We are seeking experienced Site Superintendents to oversee daily on-site operations for public works projects throughout NYC. These full-time, on-site positions are critical to the successful execution of our projects.

• Managing day-to-day site activities and sequencing
• Supervising subcontractors and enforcing quality standards
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and DOB requirements
• Coordinating schedules, inspections, and agency interactions
• Monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and maintaining productivity
• Collaborating with internal project teams and external stakeholders

• 5–10
  years of experience in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination
• Active NYC DOB Superintendent License (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience in New Construction
• OSHA certifications (current and up to date)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with public works projects and city/state regulatory compliance
• Prior experience working with agencies such as DOB, SCA, DDC
  , or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Experience of construction software (Procore or similar platforms) is a plus
