This is a full‑time, on‑site Estimator position located in New York, NY. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and high‑end retail construction projects. Daily tasks include analyzing blueprints, reviewing project documents, working with subcontractors to obtain pricing, identifying project risks, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure profitability. The Estimator will also contribute to bid presentations, maintain cost databases, and stay informed about market conditions and material pricing.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting in construction.
• Strong skills in reading blueprints, project documents, and technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to collect accurate project costs.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or retail construction is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is beneficial; equivalent work experience will be considered.
