A Senior Façade Restoration Project Manager is being sought to lead complex building envelope and façade restoration projects from preconstruction through close-out. This role carries full responsibility for project delivery, financial performance, and client coordination.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned façade professional with deep restoration experience, strong leadership capability, and confidence managing multiple stakeholders on technically demanding projects.
Responsibilities- Lead façade restoration projects from preconstruction planning through execution and close-out
- Assume full ownership of project schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost controls
- Oversee subcontractors, superintendents, and internal project staff to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and inspectors
- Review construction documents and proactively address constructability, sequencing, and technical challenges
- Conduct site walks and progress reviews to ensure work aligns with specifications and best practices
- Manage change orders, forecasting, and reporting with a solutions-oriented approach
- Mentor junior project management staff and support team development
- Contribute to continuous improvement in restoration methods, safety, and project delivery standards
- 7–10+ years of experience managing façade, exterior, or building envelope projects, with a strong focus on restoration
- In-depth knowledge of masonry restoration, curtain wall, glazing, metal panels, waterproofing, and façade repair systems
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase projects and multiple stakeholders
- Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management and construction documentation software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- High degree of autonomy and ownership over projects
