DOB Superintendent

Established Development and Construction firm with a history delivering multifamily buildings that revitalize NYC communities. Recognized by an impressive portfolio of ground-up and rehabilitation projects across the market-rate, affordable housing, and mixed-use sector.

This role will focus on the construction of NYCHA renovations.

• Run day-to-day field operations to deliver projects on schedule and in compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to maintain the critical path.
• Enforce quality control, safety compliance, and subcontractor performance.
• Manage RFIs, ASIs, submittals, inspections, and field documentation.
• Identify and resolve construction conflicts; track progress and punch lists.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and conduct daily site walks.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite records.
• Support planning, closeout, and post-occupancy work.

• NYC DOB Licensed Superintendent
• 10–15 years of superintendent experience
• Strong knowledge of NYC construction trades, labor requirements, and codes
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Physically able to work on active construction sites

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field
• NYC high-rise residential, NYCHA, gut renovation, and affordable housing experience
