Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Manager
Responsibilities
The Assistant Superintendent will support field operations for the successful execution of one of our large scale, fast track projects with a commitment to quality and safe construction processes. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with day-to-day onsite field construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Monitor quality control and address any issues to maintain high construction standards
- Maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates
- Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Assist with the permit process, working with expeditors, DOB, MTA, and other regulatory agencies
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Anticipated base salary range: $80,000 - $120,000
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
Qualifications- 1-4 years’ experience in complicated commercial building interiors. Experience should include retail, commercial and institutional with a high level of systems and finishes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- Experienced with OSHA 30, and Procore, with proven success on $5M+ projects
- A mature professional with excellent judgment and intuitive interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven individual
