D.A. Collins Companies, Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable
and safety-conscious individual for a full-time position as a  
** Pipe Foreperson** .

The  
** Pipe Foreperson
** must have advanced understanding of
heavy construction activities including utility installation, earth moving,
landfill operations and traffic control.

Prevailing wage rates and a great benefit package including company

insurance.

** Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*
* + Ensure the safety of the work environment at all times by complying with Safety policies, rules and regulations

+ Manage work crews and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely,efficiently, and per job specifications

+ Plan and coordinate daily operations in conjunction with project

Superintendent including scheduling, materials ordering/inventory, and equipment needs/maintenance

+ Report labor, equipment and materials used

+ Analyze and report actual costs to budget

+ Communicate with other parties on the project including

Superintendent, Project Manager, Engineers, Inspectors, Vendors and Construction Managers

+ Train employees in proper and safe procedures, leading by example

+ Read plans and specifications (application rates, grades, slope,drainage, etc.)

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + 5+ years of progressive construction experience

+ OSHA 10 (OHSA 30 preferred)

+ Must past post-offer drug screening and be subject to random,post-incident/accident and reasonable suspicion testing (Drug Free Employer)

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to work on time with record acceptable under company's insurance

+ Ability to rapidly learn computer and software applications for record keeping and reporting

+ Ability to travel out of town to worksites throughout NY and VT is required including night and weekend work as required

+ Proven leadership and supervisory abilities

Base
salary range:

Pipe
Foreperson $36,000-$112,500

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
