We are seeking a Project Manager to join a well‑established residential construction and remodeling team known for transforming homes through thoughtful planning, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service. With decades of experience delivering home additions, extensions, dormers, kitchen & bath remodels, and whole‑home renovations, our process emphasizes detailed planning, clear communication, and quality execution from design through build.
As a Project Manager, you will lead project execution, coordinate field teams and trade partners, and act as a key point of contact for clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do- Plan, manage, and execute residential construction projects including home additions, extensions, remodels, and interior renovations.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery — from preconstruction planning and permitting through construction, close‑out, and client turnover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead client meetings, provide regular updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor work to meet quality and schedule expectations.
- Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure work meets design intent, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation, and project records.
- Collaborate with design partners, architects, and internal teams to resolve constructability challenges.
- 5+ years of experience managing residential construction or high‑end renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, trade partners, and homeowners.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software preferred.
- Base salary of up to $125,000 per year
- Medical benefits to support your health and wellness.
