This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of concrete construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, supervising project teams, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations, coordinating logistics and materials, and conducting inspections to ensure quality control.

The role also involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

• Experience with Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
• Skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with construction standards and safety regulations
• Strong background in Logistics Management, including materials coordination and supply chain management
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Portuguese and/or Spanish Language skills is a plus
