Job Description
Under general supervision, the candidate performs construction inspections of basic to moderate complexity, evaluates the condition of the structure, documents deterioration and structural conditions, and records deficiencies between design and execution of construction. The role also provides reports to project leadership upon discovery of deficiencies or issues with construction work and may perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications- High School diploma, Vocational Technical degree, or equivalent.
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- Equivalently related experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
Approximately 10% travel.
Skills and Abilities- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Intermediate knowledge of arithmetic.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and learn new applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
- Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain construction plans, drawings, contract provisions, and specifications.

Pay RangeMinimum: $35.92 per hour — Maximum: $57.47 per hour. Pay is a good‑faith estimate based on experience level and geographic location.
