Construction Superintendent

You will oversee two major healthcare construction initiatives:

• Concrete and structural foundation work
• Ground-up/new-build construction
• $122M Cancer Center Fit-Out
• Multi-year project running through 2029

• Lead all day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and hospital stakeholders
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers on field changes and documentation
• Review and authorize change orders, directives, T&M tickets, and work authorizations
• Approve monthly work estimates, payrolls, invoices, and project disbursements
• Maintain compliance with NYC DOB requirements and healthcare construction regulations
• Drive a proactive safety culture across all jobsite activities

• NYC DOB Superintendent License
• 15+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Ground-up/new-build construction
• Site work and concrete/foundation projects
• Healthcare or hospital construction environments
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Experience working on active hospital campuses
• Familiarity with complex MEP coordination and healthcare facility requirements
• Experience overseeing multi-phase healthcare builds

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
