Senior Project Manager

Location: Long Island, NY (projects across Long Island & NYC)

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to work on large‑scale, high‑impact developments within a company known for its relationship‑driven approach, transparency, and consistent delivery

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  , ensuring successful delivery across all phases
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence across Long Island and NYC projects
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor procurement
• Negotiate contracts and drive strong commercial outcomes
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Ensure adherence to all health & safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Track project performance and deliver detailed reporting
• Oversee requisitions, cost tracking, and financial management

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within construction
• Strong experience delivering projects in the Long Island and/or NYC markets
• Background across ground‑up and complex commercial or multifamily projects preferred
• In‑depth understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Auto Desk Build preferred
• PMP certification (preferred)
• OSHA certification required
