Assistant Construction PM​/Estimator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction and the ability to support multiple projects across various phases. This is a fast-paced role for someone who can hit the ground running, stay organized under pressure, and effectively manage deadlines, budgets, and project timelines.

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using estimating software (Plan Swift or Bluebeam)
• Organize and set up new projects within the company server for bidding
• Solicit, track, and follow up with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• Assist in managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously
• Attend site meetings, walkthroughs, and pre-bid meetings as needed
• Ensure all subcontractor bids are received accurately and on time
• Support project teams with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination tasks

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction (GC/CM)
• Proficiency in Excel and Procore is required
• Experience with Plan Swift and/or Bluebeam
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
