Job Description
Our interior design and build firm is looking to hire a Project Manager to run apartment renovation projects here in the heart of NYC.
Responsibilities- Execute work designed by our in-house designers for our clients
- Communicate all project details with tradespeople and clients
- Take daily project meeting notes and daily logs
- Manage and oversee workers on job site
- Meet project deadlines
- Must be familiar with residential construction
- Must be able to read and understand architectural plans
- Must be able to put together a construction schedule
- Relevant background with finish materials
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with clients/home owners
- Strong problem solving skills
Full Time Position Only - Salary varies on experience.
