ETC Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large scale affordable housing projects in Brooklyn, NY, and the NYC Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in Construction Project Management and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities include preparing scopes and RFPs, managing schedules, and supervising subcontractors. A bachelor's degree in engineering or construction is a plus. We are looking for someone proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word, willing to travel.
