Construction Estimator（Restaurant Project

The Construction Estimator is responsible for managing the budget for construction and renovation projects at our restaurant locations across the U.S. They ensure accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, and collaborate with project teams to ensure the project stays within budget while meeting design specifications.

• Ability to analyze complex construction drawings and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Thorough review of all aspects of the construction project to ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to track project progress and align estimates with timelines.
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing.
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation methods and techniques, particularly for restaurant construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction estimation software (e.g., Procore, Builder trend) and Microsoft Excel.
• Problem‑solving skills to address challenges during the estimation or construction phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least 1‑3 years of experience as a construction estimator, preferably in restaurant or commercial construction.
• Certification in estimating (e.g., Associate Estimating Professional (AEP) or Certified Professional Estimator (CPE)) is a plus.
• Familiarity with restaurant construction processes, materials, and MEP systems is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with project management tools a plus.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to different restaurant locations across the U.S.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
