Senior Superintendent – Ground-Up Residential (NYC)
A well-established NYC General Contractor & Construction Manager with 25+ years in the market is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale ground-up residential developments across New York City.
The firm has delivered 10,000+ residential units across market-rate, affordable housing, and supportive housing sectors, and is continuing to expand due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day field operations from inception through project completion. Oversee all site logistics, safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and quality control. Manage field teams including Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents while working closely with project management, design teams, and ownership groups.
Requirements- 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC/CM in NYC
- Strong background in ground-up residential/multifamily construction
- Proven leadership of large field teams and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, safety, and inspection processes
OSHA & DOB certification preferred
- $ – $220,000+ DOE
- Performance based bonus
