We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in analyzing project costs and ensuring accurate estimates that drive our success. If you have a sharp eye for details, a logical mindset, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

• Review project documentation, including blueprints, construction plans, contracts, and specifications.
• Perform bid takeoffs and prepare formal cost proposals.
• Analyze and track key metrics to create precise and competitive estimates.
• Research and obtain market pricing to provide clients with accurate rates.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of unit prices.
• Minimize discrepancies between estimated and actual project costs.
• Ensure quality and compliance by adhering to company standards.
• Participate in bid reviews and provide valuable insights for project success.

• 5+ years of experience in construction
  estimation (building renovation preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Excel (experience with
  ProEST or Autodesk Take Off or other software is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
  English
  .
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Full-time position with competitive pay($80,000 - $90,000 per year).
