Ridge Construction Corp is looking to hire a skilled, well organized Project Superintendent for a Tenant Fit Out. Position requires minimum 4 years previous experience. Responsibilities include site supervision, miscellaneous project management and project coordination.
Experience with Ground Up Construction- Oversee all aspects of construction project through turnover
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Previous experience in construction management
- Familiarity with construction management software
