Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, inspecting work to ensure adherence to quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires direct communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure projects align with client expectations and organizational goals while resolving challenges efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Skills in Expediting and Expeditor role to ensure efficient project timelines and material delivery
  • Experience in Inspection and quality control processes for construction projects
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management to organize materials, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with clients
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous project management experience in commercial, industrial, or retail construction is an asset
