Inbuilding Construction Manager

The Ash Group is hiring a DAS Wireless Construction Manager for our client, a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks. This is a 12-month contract working outside of NYC (in NJ) and offering a pay rate of $48 per hour based on skillset.

• Assures that: only Customer’s approved materials are installed on the project
• Attend coordination and progress meetings
• Perform:
  Site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction audits;
  Site verification;
  Visual inspection of quality on site; and Prepares regular interval progress reports as required by the project
• Check that the working environment is maintained at an acceptable level, carry out safety inspections and ensure that tools, etc. are in good working condition.
• Civil Works problem solving as required during the project and coordinates site activities and assures that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the Project goals and objectives.
• Drive schedule activities and trouble‑shooting results. Ensure that Service Providers and vendors/suppliers meet all the technical specifications.

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the wireless industry as a DAS Construction Manager with over 200 project builds.
• Strong DAS building experience and a structure cabling background is required
