Location: New York
NYC Vertically Integrated Developer‑Builder is hiring a Full‑Time Assistant Project Manager for a major commercial fit‑out project in the Bronx.
Responsibilities- Assist in the management of the commercial fit‑out project, coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree or recent graduation in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
- Experience with Pro Core or similar construction management software preferred.
- Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
- Bonus potential.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
