Construction Estimator​/Project Manager

Commercial Glass Partitions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Construction Estimator to join our growing team. We specialize in the design, fabrication, and supply of high-quality interior glass partition systems for commercial office spaces throughout the United States.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior glass partition systems.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings.
• Analyze project requirements, materials, labor, and installation costs.
• Communicate with customers, architects, general contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Follow up on bids and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, and production teams after project award.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, drawings, and project documentation.

• Minimum 1 year of estimating experience in commercial construction, glazing, storefronts, architectural metals, millwork, or related industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.

• Experience with interior glass partitions, glazing systems, storefronts, or commercial doors.
• Knowledge of construction estimating software.
• Experience reviewing bid packages and construction documents.
